INSIGHT
A persons lived experience of Pompe disease shapes them. For such a rare disease many can feel alone and as if they live in the dark. Their knowledge and insight is invaluable to shaping wider understanding.

IDEA
Like a pearl, shaped and created in the dark, each pearl unique, we wanted to connect the metaphor to the lived experience of Pompe.

Doing this for International Pompe Day 2022, we produced a beautiful CGI animation, shedding light on 3 authentic patient community perspectives and experiences to help shape wider understanding of the disease on IPD 2022.
