Problem
In the skincare category, everything feels the same. For Galderma, their business needed to reposition Alastin as a more premium skincare product, and to own a specifically tailored peri-procedural regenerative skincare regimen to compliment their wider Ax treatment offerings.
Solution
Through an extensive brand refresh, the task became one of elevating brand - with a look and positioning that reflected the customer base, who desire cutting edge Ax treatments and a supporting skincare product tailored to their procedures.
