INSIGHT
Smouldering disease in Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (SPMS) is hidden behind a smokescreen of misinformation, a lack of awareness and also technical challenges as it can’t be seen on standard MRIs.

IDEA
To bring this to light, we created an arresting activation on booth at ECTRIMS 2022, bringing the problem and solution to view in a large scale head shape, complete with an lluminated typographic brain, obscured by a cloud of smoke.

In addition to our instillation, we produced a suite of educational materials, from a teaser film for online to print and leave pieces, to drive conversations on booth around the subject of SPMS and Sanofi’s disease understanding. Sculpture created by Lazerian Studios.
